Questions parents ask

How do I know which level to choose?

Choose the level your child is working in now. If you’re new to RightStart or unsure, the free placement test will point you to the right starting level.

What do I need to use the videos?

To play along with the Games videos, you’ll need the Math Card Games kit or the RS2 Math Set. The Level G and H Independent Classes use that level’s Book Bundle (Level G Book Bundle or Level H Book Bundle) and the RS2 Geometry Set or RS2 Geometry Set Short.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime.

I have children in different levels. What should I do?

Subscribe to each level your children need, or choose the A–H Games course for $8.99 a month to get the games for every level in one subscription.

How do I access the course after I subscribe?

You’ll receive an email with your login right after checkout. Courses play in any web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone.
